Requirements
- 5–10 years managing commercial construction projects in the field
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with strong knowledge of construction processes
- Skilled in site scheduling, labor management, and budget control
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Willingness to travel in-state for project needs
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering/Management or related field preferred
- General contractor experience in Higher Education, K-12, or Industrial markets preferred
