About The Position

Clark's Alpena office is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution on healthcare projects across Southeast Michigan. This role involves leading daily build activities within occupied healthcare facilities, demanding precision, strict adherence to infection control, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity. The Superintendent will coordinate work in 24/7 environments where safety and discipline are paramount, ensuring that patient care is not disrupted while construction progresses. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare construction and possess strong leadership skills to manage trade sequencing, schedule adherence, and quality closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Strong MEP coordination capability
• Deep understanding of infection control and phased work
• Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments
• Commitment to safety and operational awareness
• Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, Bluebeam

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare construction experience preferred

Responsibilities
