About The Position

We are seeking a Working Superintendent/Carpenter to join our team. This is a hands-on, leadership position for an experienced carpenter who is capable of overseeing smaller construction projects while remaining actively involved in the field. The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to grow into a larger supervisory role.

Requirements

• Carpentry and construction experience.
• Ability to confidently use hand and power tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience leading projects preferred.
• This position offers room for advancement. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually take responsibility for larger and more complex projects, with the potential to move into a larger Superintendent role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate smaller construction projects, under $1 million.
• Work hands-on in the field performing carpentry and general construction tasks.
• Manage daily project activities, schedules, and workflow.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, employees, and clients.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite.
• Help track project progress and communicate updates to management.
