Pepper Construction Wisconsin is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead complex commercial construction projects across Wisconsin. Requirements

Proven experience leading commercial construction projects in the field
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and safety practices
Ability to lead teams, build trust, and hold high standards
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience managing projects approximately $10M+ preferred
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent field experience preferred
Senior Superintendent candidates typically bring 15+ years of progressively responsible field leadership experience

Responsibilities

Lead all field operations from preconstruction through closeout
Build and maintain safe, high-performing jobsites where safety is never compromised
Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning
Coordinate and direct subcontractors and field teams
Drive quality, production, sequencing, and daily execution
Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trade partners
Anticipate and resolve field challenges proactively and professionally
Manage labor, equipment, and material performance to achieve project goals
Mentor and develop other Superintendents and field staff
Represent Pepper with professionalism and integrity on every project
