The Advanced Facilities / Controlled Environments Superintendent is responsible for leading field operations and overseeing all on-site construction activities for technically complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. This includes advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor plants, pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities, data centers, controlled environments, cleanrooms, and other specialized construction projects. This position serves as the primary field leader responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and project schedules. The Superintendent coordinates subcontractors, self-perform crews, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, commissioning teams, and trade partners while driving field productivity, safety, quality, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate has strong General Contractor superintendent experience managing complex building systems, extensive MEP coordination, commissioning-intensive work, and demanding quality standards. Experience with controlled environments and cleanroom construction is highly desirable but not required.
