About The Position

Supervise and lead children while providing a safe, fun, interactive environment at our day camp program. This role involves overseeing a classroom of 25 students with another teacher, facilitating various activities, and maintaining a clean environment. The teacher will also handle money and operate a computer for camp payments, participate in physical activities with children, and assist in training new employees. Close communication with the Super Programming Director is expected, along with a professional attitude to support fellow employees and those of North Phoenix Baptist Church. Timely and professional responses to all communications are required, and willingness to assist with overall daily functions and other assigned duties is necessary.

Requirements

Must be an outgoing Christian who is actively seeking Christ and attends a church regularly.
Must have experience working with children.
Must be able to participate in simple physical activities with the children such as recreation, sports, etc.
Must at least sixteen years in age.
Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and meet all other standard employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Respond in a timely and professional manner to all text messages, emails, phone calls and or any form of group communication.
Help with the overall daily functions and other duties as assigned.
