Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) offers a PAID internship opportunity for currently enrolled SUNY students for Summer 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a large, dynamic organization, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and participate in exciting weekly enrichment opportunities with their peers. BPL is one of the nation's largest library systems and a democratic institution, providing innovative library service for over 125 years. The library supports personal advancement, fosters civic literacy, and strengthens the community fabric. Interns will be placed in one of the following business departments: Information Technology, Finance, Capital Planning & Facilities Management, Public Service/Executive Directors Office, or Strategy. Interviews will be conducted virtually between May 26 and May 29, 2026. The internship runs from June 15 to August 21, with interns potentially working up to 35 hours per week at $20 an hour.
