About The Position
The Sunday Custodian is expected to contribute towards the church’s overall mission to love courageously, share generously, and speak boldly. This part-time role is responsible for preparing the facility between Sunday services and Monday morning. (3-4hrs/Sunday)
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
- Must be able to manipulate chairs, 6ft tables and other furniture without assistance
Responsibilities
- Clear trash in all children’s classrooms following Sunday services
- Clean and reset restrooms in the Children’s Wing and Lobby
- Clean and stock Pantry restrooms
- Sweep and mop pantry floors
- Assist in closing the facility after student ministry programming when applicable
- Preschool classrooms are prepped and ready for Monday morning classes
- Bathrooms and other common spaces are clean and presentable
