Undergraduate Peer Educators at Chatham University serve as tutors and Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leaders, assisting Chatham students in mastering course content. Tutors provide one-on-one sessions, addressing various class-related concerns from topic review and homework clarification to project brainstorming and test preparation, always tailoring sessions to individual student needs. SI Leaders conduct regularly scheduled group review sessions, covering weekly course content. They are encouraged to attend their assigned classes to align review sessions with instructor material and work closely with instructors. This is a summer position, and student employees must adhere to specific work hour limits: a maximum of 20 hours per week across all campus jobs during the academic year, and no more than 980 work hours per calendar year. Student jobs do not automatically renew for subsequent academic years or summers.
