About The Position
The Summer Temp position is limited to a maximum of 90 days, ending no later than the beginning of the school year. Students must be 16+ with working papers. Safety Shoes are required. This role involves assisting with various duties in the Shipping Department.
Requirements
- Students must be 16+ with working papers.
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Good reading comprehension skills
- Basic math and counting skills
Responsibilities
- Pack product as required for shipment.
- Label cartons as specified by customer.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and enter transactions into workflow system in a timely manner.
- Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE, Ergonomics, etc.
- Perform job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
- Assist with housekeeping in the Distribution area.
- Other duties as assigned.
