About The Position
The Goddard School of Leesburg is seeking Summer Camp teachers (part-time and full-time) to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in working with children and earning extra income during the summer. It's also an excellent opportunity for college students to gain early childhood education teaching experience. The school offers a premium educational experience in state-of-the-art facilities, committed to providing a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment for children to develop into joyful and confident learners.
Requirements
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
