As a Camp Counselor, you will lead and assist in learning activities, crafts, and games while ensuring the safety and well-being of the young learners in your care.

Requirements

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
Being able to Speak and understand Spanish and English is required
Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.

Nice To Haves

Montessori Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Continue establishing an inspiring learning environment throughout the school break
Provide experiences and guidance that attends to students needs
Plan, manage and oversee daily activities during school breaks
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Oversee other duties, as assigned
