The role involves supporting the Quality Assurance Department and related ISO 9001 tasks, developing and maintaining procedures, and investigating issues. The ideal candidate will have strengths in analysis and optimization of products and manufacturing processes, as well as proficiency in Office Suite applications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager on an ongoing basis.
Ensuring company procedures and individual responsibilities are carried out in a safe, capable and satisfactory manner.
Supporting Quality Assurance Department and related ISO 9001 tasks.
Supporting the Quality Assurance Department in any capacity.
Developing and maintaining procedures for ISO 9001.
Supporting and growing the Quality program.
Maintaining documentation records using an ISO 9001 approved system.
Investigating and / or providing input regarding reoccurring issues, employee suggestions concerning plant improvements, cost effectiveness and / or equality in specific areas of expertise.
Supporting team goals in other internal and external divisions.
Conducting any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required by the ISO Systems Leader and or the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager in a timely and professional manner.
