This role will support recruitment activities of CAMH as directed by the Manager of Recruitment. In addition, the role will work with other areas preparing various offer letters and other correspondence, preparing and completing the employee documentation, running various statistical reports for the Director, People and/or to meet internal customers needs; responding to managers and employee enquires; participating and supporting HR activities/special projects. The role will also have exposure to labour relations, working on labour relations reporting, including grievance reporting on various trends and patterns.
