About The Position
The Summer Students will work closely with the Client Success team to support the Bulk Bills project through data analysis, process documentation, testing, reporting, and operational readiness activities. This is a full-time summer contract position running from July to September 1, ideally aligning with the students’ availability until school reopens. The successful candidates will gain hands-on experience working on a business-critical project while developing valuable analytical and project management skills.
Requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to obtain information, collect data and enter it into an internal portal
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and stakeholders as needed to gather information, and follow up on outstanding items
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or data entry experience preferred
- Comfortable initiating and conducting professional phone conversations with clients and stakeholders
Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative and project support as required
