Summer Seasonal Team Member - Hotel Ketchum
About The Position
Join our team for the summer season at our sheep-themed hotel! We’re looking for an energetic, dependable team member who enjoys variety, works well with people, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. This is a flexible, hands-on hospitality role that supports several areas of hotel operations, including: Front Desk Guest Services, Breakfast Setup & Service, Housekeeping Support, and Runner / Maintenance/ Guest Assistance Tasks. No two days are exactly the same, so this is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable multitasking and helping where needed
- Team player with good communication skills
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude
- Help with check-ins, guest questions, and front desk support
- Prepare and maintain continental breakfast service
- Assist housekeeping with room turnover and common areas
- Deliver guest items and support daily hotel operations
- Help keep the property clean, organized, and welcoming
