About The Position

Ledcor Highways Ltd. (LHL) is seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to help with general maintenance with the Ontario Highways team. The position involves winter and seasonal maintenance on and around Ontario Highways.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50lbs on a regular basis, bending, kneeling, crouching etc.
• Valid G driver’s license
• Provide a copy of a 3-year driver’s abstract

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating with snow maintenance is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Flagging on roadways and highways
• Maintain parks and recreation areas
• Mow and edge lawns, vegetation control
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• General maintenance and labourer duties
• Some house keeping
