About The Position
We are seeking a high-energy Summer School Youth Worker who thrives on building relationships and inspiring others. You are a natural communicator and a persuasive mentor who can engage students with enthusiasm and drive. If you love being in the center of the action—whether you’re leading activities, mentoring K–8 students, or collaborating with a team—your outgoing nature and ability to connect with people will make a lasting impact on our community. Requirements
- Demonstrated creativity, energy, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient, friendly, and organized
- Ability to serve as a positive role model
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screens
- Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite and relevant software
