About The Position
Catapult Learning is seeking a Summer School Teacher for Saint Ambrose Catholic School in Cheverly, MD. This position runs from July 6th through July 30th, with working hours on Mondays-Thursdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The role involves being an advocate, difference maker, and mentor to students, guiding and empowering them to be their best. Catapult Learning provides a proven curriculum and ongoing support to help teachers focus on their passion for education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid teaching license for Maryland
- Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
- Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
Responsibilities
- Differentiate Instruction: Customize and deliver lessons and use data to meet student needs.
- Engage Students: Foster ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
- Grow Professionally: Embrace training, coaching, and feedback.
- Track Progress: Maintain accurate student and academic records.
