About The Position

As a sales intern, you will be asked to seek out and engage prospects, generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule sales calls. You will also gain a complete understanding of all our technology products, solutions, and services and be able to create a successful email, phone, social, and in-person sales pitch.

Requirements

  • Working towards a college degree or have obtained a college degree.
  • History of success (scholastics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Any additional education in the field of business technology could be considered an advantage.
  • Any previous sales experience is not required but considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Use multi-channel prospecting techniques to generate leads and close sales.
  • Utilize customer and prospect database to track sales activities that help manage and grow the pipeline.
  • Evaluate customer business needs to develop and present solutions that will grow their business.
  • Effectively market and sell comprehensive technology products, solutions, and services.
  • Assist Managed Services Specialists as needed.
  • Engage in sales support activities including but not limited to end-user training, helping with walk-throughs and assessments, and providing Excel & PowerPoint support.
  • Maintain a customer-first mentality and approach while establishing, developing, and preserving positive business and customer relationships.
