This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. The role involves monitoring FSIS/CFIA regulatory activities and plant compliance with regulatory standards, acting as a liaison between USDA/CFIA and plant operations, and serving as a customer interface to review product performance, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer expectations are met. The position also includes planning, coordinating, and directing quality, sanitation, regulatory, and food safety programs, as well as employee management, including selection, training, development, and performance management.
