Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to follow written work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Receive, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
Assist with inventory management and material flow
Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
Read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
Perform basic computer data entry
Use hand tools and measuring devices as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Cross-train in multiple areas to support production needs
