About The Position
This position involves connecting and disconnecting pasteurized tanks, washing and sanitizing parts used for tank hookup, labeling, and sampling tanks. The role also requires maintaining communication between the processing department, sanitation, and production.
Responsibilities
- Hooks up Pasteurized tanks and silos.
- Prepares the tanks to receive mix.
- Communicates between processing, production, and CIP departments.
- Labels and samples tanks.
- Disconnects Pasteurized tanks and silos, then hand scrubs pipes.
