About The Position

Constellation is seeking highly motivated students pursuing degrees in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields for paid Summer 2027 internships with our Origination Team at our Baltimore Headquarters in a hybrid capacity. These internships will run approximately 10 weeks, from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. Interns will work on specific projects designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major
• A track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to lawfully work in the United States without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
