Requirements
- 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid) outside of family (especially infants and toddlers)
- Must be comfortable working with multiple families and multiple children within the home
- Access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work varying summer schedules if needed
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be passionate about childcare and making a difference in the lives of children and families
- Caregivers who are also fully vaccinated against MMR, TDAP, and Covid
Responsibilities
- Care for Little Ones (Infants to Age 12) – Be part of their summer adventures and daily routines.
- Create Fun & Learning Through Play – Plan and enjoy age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities that keep kids engaged.
- Get Outside & Explore – Trips to the park, splash pads, backyard games, and fresh air fun are all part of the day.
- Keep Kids Safe & Happy – Your top priority is ensuring children are safe, supported, and having a great time.
- Prep Simple Meals & Snacks – Keep kids fueled for all their summer fun.
- Tidy Up with a Team Spirit – Clean up after meals and playtime with a little help from the kids — teamwork makes the dream work!
