About The Position

Kodiak Solutions is seeking candidates for a legal internship. The internship position involves engaging with the in-house counsel team on a variety of responsibilities, including:
Assisting with customer and vendor contracts. Including regulatory issues that may arise.
Participating in customer calls and discussions with outside counsel.
Collaborating closely with our paralegal and contract administrator on various entity and contract-related projects.
This role offers a valuable opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment and develop practical skills that will benefit their future careers

Requirements

• Must have completed at least 1 year of law school by May 2026
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, manage time properly, be a team player, work fast but work well.
• Exposure/knowledge of basic analytics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• To be considered for this internship, you must be a current college student.
• This role is designed specifically for students who are currently earning a bachelor's degree.
