This internship is ideal for undergraduate students exploring the legal field looking to gain real‑world experience. You’ll work closely with our legal team, contribute to projects, and learn how the law supports the day‑to‑day operations of a business.
Requirements
- An undergraduate student exploring the legal field.
- A strong communicator with solid writing skills.
- Someone who handles confidential information responsibly.
- Organized, detail‑driven, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Help with legal research and summarize your findings in an easy‑to‑understand way.
- Assist in drafting and organizing legal documents, contracts, and policy materials.
- Support the review process for agreements and help keep our contract systems up to date.
- Pitch in on compliance initiatives, audits, and policy reviews.
- Join team meetings, take notes, and help prepare presentations or materials.
- Provide general support to attorneys and team members on ongoing projects.
