About The Position

The Novogradac Summer Leadership Program is a 1-day program designed to provide students with an inside look at working at a top CPA firm. Participants will gain insights into the services offered, industries served, and engage in activities to enhance leadership skills, preparing them for a career in public accounting. Novogradac & Company, founded in 1989, has grown to over 900 employees across more than 25 offices in the United States. It is a leading CPA firm recognized for its expertise in real estate and community development, particularly in services related to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

• Actively pursuing a degree in accounting
• Rising sophomores and rising juniors
• High academic performers
