Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) is seeking motivated and liberty-minded law students for its Summer Clerk Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn about public-interest law, engage in active litigation, and study the constitutional and philosophical framework of liberty. Clerks will benefit from hands-on training, performing legal research and writing projects across PLF's four litigation areas: property rights, equality and opportunity, separation of powers, and environment and natural resources. The program emphasizes individualism, allowing clerks to choose most of their assignments, with guidance from a designated supervisor. Weekly programming includes educational and social activities, field trips, moot courts, department introductions, and discussions with PLF attorneys on cases and litigation strategy. The program also encourages networking and mentorship opportunities with PLF staff.
