Summer 2027 Internship - Omaha
About The Position
This summer internship program offers a comprehensive experiential learning opportunity for college students. Interns will be embedded within a Lockton account team in Risk Solutions or People Solutions, supporting day-to-day activities to deliver exceptional client service and account management. The program includes a group project tackling a real-world challenge, weeklong case studies to solve client issues, and career exploration sessions. Interns will gain firsthand exposure to brokerage operations, learn how Lockton leverages carrier relationships for creative solutions, and support the preparation of client-facing materials. The program also emphasizes coaching and collaboration with a dedicated Performance Coach, professional development workshops, sessions with senior leadership, and networking opportunities. Participants will also engage in social and volunteer events to experience Lockton’s culture.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled college student scheduled to graduate Dec 2027 or May 2028
- Experience working in customer service and project management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities
