RBC Wealth Management - U.S. is seeking talent to join the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This is a full-service investment, advisory, and wealth management firm, providing clients with tailored financial strategies to meet their personal, family, and business goals. With approximately 2,200 financial advisors in the U.S. and $4.1+ trillion in global assets under administration, we provide comprehensive financial solutions tailored to our clients' unique goals and life stages. Our mission is to help clients pursue their financial goals with confidence by delivering personalized wealth planning, sophisticated investment strategies, estate and trust services, lending solutions, and insurance and retirement planning. We accomplish this by building lasting client relationships grounded in client-first stewardship and integrity, creating customized wealth plans aligned with each client's values, aspirations, and financial objectives, helping clients strategically build, preserve, manage, and transition their wealth across generations, leveraging global resources, multidisciplinary expertise, and advanced financial planning tools, and offering comprehensive solutions spanning investments, advisory programs, lending, insurance, and fiduciary services. RBC Wealth Management is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional students interested in a career in Wealth Management. Our goal is to build a strong pipeline of future talent and strengthen our workforce across Wealth Management divisions. Over the ten-week summer program, participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working alongside high-performing teams in their assigned business area, gaining practical exposure to wealth advisory, portfolio management, financial planning, operations, compliance, or client services. They will develop analytical capabilities and professional communication skills through active involvement in day-to-day projects and client-focused initiatives. Participants will also learn from RBC leadership by participating in virtual and in-person speaker series featuring RBC executives who share insights on career development, industry trends, and pathways to success in wealth management. Additionally, interns will build their professional network by engaging with fellow summer interns and full-time team members through networking events and community involvement opportunities, creating meaningful connections and expanding their professional circle.
