Requirements

  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including trends, features, and best practices
  • Experience filming and editing video content (portfolio or examples preferred)
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Interest in fashion, culture, and digital media

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and maintaining the social content calendar across TikTok and Instagram
  • Proactively research, identify, and pitch social-first content ideas aligned with brand priorities and emerging trends
  • Concept, film, and edit short-form video content optimized for each platform
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, in-office, retail, and campaign-related content as needed
  • Edit video using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms with a strong understanding of pacing, music, and storytelling
  • Monitor social trends, sounds, and formats daily, translating them into on-brand executions
  • Support execution of social campaigns, product launches, and key cultural moments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail, creative) to bring content ideas to life
  • Assist in analyzing content performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Maintain organized archives of video content and assets
