About The Position
This is a Summer Research Intern position in the Semiconductor Physics Lab at the University of North Texas. The Department of Physics studies space, time, energy, and matter at all scales. This internship offers an opportunity to gain research experience in semiconductor physics.
Requirements
- Pursuing Electrical Engineering Degree
- Prior research experience.
- Valid Texas Driver's License

- Ph.D. with industry experience in infrared sensors.
Responsibilities
- Characterizing relevant materials for research purposes.
- Device fabrication.
