Summer Internship Program -- 2027
About The Position
This is a 10-week Summer Internship Program at Customers Bank for 2027. Interns will be embedded within a specific business area such as banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology, working on projects that support real team objectives. The program includes collaborating with fellow interns on a capstone project, participating in professional development programming, and engaging with leaders across the organization. Interns will analyze data, support process improvements, assist with research, participate in weekly development workshops and internship related events, contribute to department assignments aligned to business needs, work with their intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge, present their final project and insights to senior leadership, and build meaningful relationships across the bank through networking and team activities.
Requirements
- Rising senior (Class of 2028) pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, risk, compliance, analytics, or related areas
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer program
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank’s applications.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
