About The Position

The Eberly College of Science Summer Internship program is a 10-week summer immersive internship experience designed to give motivated Penn State undergraduate students in the college the opportunity to engage in a full-time (40 hours per week) internship experience. Undergraduate students will work with a predetermined organization, company, or governmental agency to complete a STEM-related internship experience. This opportunity will allow the selected student to continue their growth and maturation into a professional within the realm of science, while learning industry-related skills. Students will be required to attend professional development seminars held by both the organization and the college during the duration of the internship program. Note: Only students that were accepted to the Eberly College of Science Summer Internship program are eligible for this job opportunity. Requirements

  • Must be a motivated Penn State undergraduate student in the Eberly College of Science.
  • Must have been accepted to the Eberly College of Science Summer Internship program.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 10 weeks.
  • Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
