About The Position

Johnson Financial Group (JFG) is seeking motivated individuals for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. This 10-week rotational program offers interns hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and a comprehensive understanding of various business lines within a leading financial services institution. JFG, Wisconsin's largest privately held, family-owned full-service financial services institution, emphasizes Compassion and Consistency in serving its customers and communities. The program aims to provide an immersive learning experience that furthers understanding of financial services, helps interns discover career alignments, and offers exposure to JFG's history and community involvement. Interns will have opportunities to meet with the Executive Team, participate in community volunteer events, engage in the Light the Hoan Internship Challenge, and showcase their skills in an Intern End-of-Year Presentation.

• Express interest in internship opportunities for 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in different areas of the organization.
• Network amongst team members and with the Executive Team.
• Develop necessary knowledge and practical skills for entry-level opportunities.

• Participate in the Light the Hoan Internship Challenge.
• Showcase unique skillsets in the Intern End-of-Year Presentation.
