Responsibilities Core Duties: The project involves growing of doped diamond films (not limited to phosphorus and nitrogen doping) using microwave plasma CVD process. It also involves characterization/metrology of the grown films. these films are intended for Quantum and microelectronics applications. Qualifications Education and Experience: Undergraduate Student. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic electrical, compressed gas and laser safety. Working Conditions: On-Site.
