Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in: Bachelor's in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pathology, Pharmacology, Imaging Sciences, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in: Master's in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields.
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in: PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmacometrics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biomedical Informatics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields.
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in: Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy)
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

Responsibilities

Develop and investigate disease models that translate scientific discoveries into insights for treating human disease and advancing new therapies
Shape the final form of medicines that patients receive, ensuring every pill, injection, or treatment delivers hope and healing with precision and safety
Apply statistical methods and computational tools to analyze biological and clinical data, supporting evidence-based decisions across drug discovery, development, and commercialization
Design and create entirely new molecules that could become tomorrow's blockbuster medicines, combining creativity with cutting-edge science
Build intelligent systems that could predict which drug candidates will succeed, revolutionizing how medicines are discovered and developed
Develop and execute commercial strategies for new product launches, including market analysis, competitive assessment, demand forecasting, and cross-functional planning to ensure successful market entry and maximize patient impact
Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that make healthcare technology more accessible, effective, and impactful for patients and professionals
Generate and synthesize scientific evidence through research, data analysis, and literature review to support medical strategy, inform clinical development, and advance understanding of disease and treatment outcomes
Transform vast amounts of scientific data into insights that accelerate drug discovery and improve patient outcomes using AI and machine learning
Conduct experiments that reveal how potential medicines interact with human cells, taking the first crucial steps toward new treatments
Build the data infrastructure that powers AI-driven drug discovery and personalized medicine, accelerating the path to new treatments
