Requirements

Pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field to your interest area.
Demonstrated academic excellence.
Strong interest in the banking industry.
Self-starter with involvement in extra-curricular, community or university sponsored organizations.
Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and handle unexpected challenges with maturity and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and in multiple teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated to develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient PC skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Responsibilities

Apply classroom knowledge to meaningful work experiences in a professional financial services environment.
Work closely with team members to meet the business objectives and priorities defined by your specific business segment.
Participate in personal and professional development opportunities including an assigned mentor, exposure to executive leaders, collaboration with peers on a group project, and the option to participate in a community service project.
