About The Position

PACCAR Parts is searching for talented individuals to join our 2026 Summer Accounting Internship Program in the following areas: Cost Accounting, General Accounting and Internal Control/Financial Analysis. Learn first-hand from top Accounting professionals, work directly with Senior Managers and Controllers, develop mentoring relationships with experienced accountants, and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• An analytical self-starter with a high sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

• junior or senior standing preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries
• Complete reconciliations
• Process improvement projects included but not limited to six sigma, lean, or robotic process automation
• General accounting functions to support the dealers and business operations
• Cost analysis in accounting
• Enhance financial reporting
• Assist on system access and distribution center reviews
• Special projects as assigned
