About The Position
This role offers hands-on experience in payroll operations, administrative support, and financial processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an intern, you will gain practical exposure to real-time payroll processing, data entry, and cross-functional office operations while contributing to meaningful work that supports our team members and business operations.
Requirements
- Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester remaining
- Preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous work experience preferred; exposure to office, payroll, or administrative functions is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow processes, policies, and detailed instructions
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Basic knowledge of financial or payroll systems (SAP exposure is a plus)
- Strong data entry accuracy, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and cross-train across office functions
- Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
- Must have flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on business needs
- Must reside within a commutable distance (60 miles or less) unless relocation is provided
- Resume must include expected graduation date and area of study

Responsibilities

- Support payroll processing through accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Assist with administrative tasks including record maintenance, reporting, and documentation
- Apply basic math and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies

- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
