Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or an MBA
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 confirmed by transcript
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with one department and contribute directly to its success.
• Work closely with mentors and team members.
• Build relationships and tackle numerous projects.
• Attend a weekly Frost Lecture Series to engage with leaders from various lines of business.
• Gain exposure to several aspects of our financial institution.
• Gain experience with a corporation that provides a full range of services in banking, brokerage and investments.
• Acquire a deeper understanding of the financial industry.
• Perform meaningful work to get valuable experience and further Frost as an organization.
• Take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
