About The Position

This role is for the 2026 Summer Intern Experience. Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith and adhere to specific Christian beliefs and practices as part of their ministry. This includes professing belief in Jesus Christ, fulfilling ministry functions, refraining from conduct that detracts from biblical standards, and abiding by all Young Life policies. This position is for individuals who have already gone through the Northwest Division Summer Intern Experience (SIE) candidate process and have been affirmed.

Requirements

• Must have gone through the Northwest Division Summer Intern Experience (SIE) candidate process and been affirmed
• Attend all trainings
• Participate in all summer internship cohort meetings
• Meet with your mentor weekly
• Provide evaluative feedback of the program to your cohort lead
• Serve on a local volunteer leader team with students
• Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
• Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
• Be ready, willing and able to fulfill ministry functions as may be required by the organization
• Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life
• Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
