2027 Summer Internship Program (Starts June 2027)
About The Position
The Wesco Summer Internship Program is a ten-week project-based assignment designed to provide interns with real-world professional experience working for a Fortune 250 company. Throughout the program, interns will develop their skillset and business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with other summer interns and senior leaders. Interns will work directly under the supervision of a department manager and will have early access to interview for post-graduate developmental programs in Sales, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Finance. Interns will learn through on-the-job training and job shadowing, supporting one of the following business areas: Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or Information Technology.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree - Minimum B.S./B.A. in a business related field i.e., Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration. Degree in progress.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Result-oriented team player mindset.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship in business related field preferred.
- Experience working for an industrial distributor, contractor, or supplier preferred.
