Summer Intern - LEU+ Mechanical Engineering

As a Mechanical Engineering intern, you will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of technical products and systems. You will report to the LEU+ Process Engineering Manager and be located at our Hopkins, SC facility. This is a paid full-time position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Completed Sophomore year of college
Responsibilities
- Support creation of hardware design documentation such as equipment drawings and process and instrumentation diagrams
- Support hands-on design of manufacturing equipment
- Support development of container hardware design specifications
- Support creation of documentation for procurement and manufacturing
- Support resolution of technical issues including first-of-a-kind implementation
- Support development of test procedures and execution of functional tests
