About The Position

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is recruiting for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. This program offers talented students valuable experience working on projects that support business areas and impact the national economy. Interns gain insight into potential future entry-level positions and are exposed to various areas across the division and bank. All interns will experience networking within the Bank and across the Federal Reserve System, attend various events including Leadership Q&As and development-oriented sessions, participate in a dedicated intern mentor program, and gain exposure to Bank operations and mission-driven work. This specific posting focuses on internships within the Supervision, Credit & Learning division, concentrating on learning and development. These roles may require enhanced screening and/or US Citizenship. Two specific roles are highlighted: Instructional Designer, supporting either the Center for Learning Innovation or the Supervision Learning group, involves identifying, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions of higher complexity using instructional design standards and best practices. This also includes conducting user experience and/or QA reviews, process documentation, and data collection, entry, and cleanup. Staff Development involves conducting quality control testing on processes and procedures to support examiners in commissioning programs, writing requirements, developing automated workflows, performing data analysis, generating reports, and creating communications/dashboards for process efficiency and transparency.

Responsibilities

Identify, design, develop, and implement learning solutions of higher complexity, leveraging instructional design standards and best practices.
