Requirements

  • Pursuit of a degree at an accredited college or university
  • Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week during the summer months

Nice To Haves

  • Insatiable curiosity and desire to learn
  • Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or project settings
  • Conceptual understanding and/or experience in any of the following: Manufacturing processes, Robotics software and autonomous systems, Programming or understanding software logic (e.g., Linux, C++), Virtual systems, simulation and digital engineering
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Help drive meaningful progress in robotics and automation through hands-on projects and problem-solving.
  • Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
