About The Position

We are looking for an intern to support the sales team with materials and research, help develop and deliver training programs and assist with planning and executing large-scale company meetings and programs. This role offers hands-on experience in Meetings and Events, Sales Enablement, and Learning and Development, providing a great opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and update sales materials and resources.
  • Support project(s) for the Director, Commercial Implementation.
  • Learning and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
  • Help create training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
  • Support project(s) for the Associate Director, Sales Enablement.
  • Corporate Meetings and Events: Assist in the planning of sales-focused Reg NA company meetings.
  • Help with and support on-site Employee Experience Committee-sponsored events
