2027 Summer Intern Data Science & Digital Innovation (IOPS)

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals•Rensselaer, IN
•$18 - $26•Onsite

About The Position

Regeneron is seeking multiple 2027 interns for its Data Science & Digital Innovation teams within Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS). These teams ensure high-quality data flows reliably across systems and supports proactive, predictive analytics. They integrate well-governed AI to reduce manual work and streamline sourcing and procurement processes. Interns will contribute to projects that make manufacturing data easier to understand and use. Projects may include building dashboards and data visualization tools; automating statistical analyses; comparing and trending manufacturing data across batches, sites, and process areas; normalizing observations against production and raw-material consumption rates; and using AI tools, including generative AI, to manage documents and datasets. Some projects use advanced statistical methods, including multivariate analysis, design of experiments, control charts, and forecasting, with results presented through business analytics platforms such as Power BI. A few projects are better suited to graduate students. A biology background is not needed for most roles; strong coding and analytical skills are important. The internship is full-time and onsite in Rensselaer, East Greenbush, or Troy, New York, from May or June through August 2027. Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted to an undergraduate or graduate academic program and must return to school the semester after the position or graduate after the position. The stated hourly pay range for these locations is $17.90–$25.50, with rates determined by education level and degree program.
