About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Serivce Representative to work in our Casper, WY or Gillette, WY or Sheridan, WY location.  This position will work June 1 - August 21, 2026 Primary responsibilities are: Serves existing customers with account changes, move of services, upgrades payments, etc. via walk-in or telephone Focus on building personal relationships with customers to help with customer retention  Work in a phone queue exclusively for existing customers  Route customers to correct department, or person for assistance via telephone transfer or providing directions for in-person customers. Requirements: Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers. Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents. A strong sense of urgency and time organization is must The ability to work independently and within a team Strong verbal and written communication skills This position is onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Job Type: Full-time Temporary Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
